That is a toughy, that depends on who it is too and the occasion. sending and receiving paper ones are nice, but with postage rates like they are, I tend to prefer to receive them electronically, that way it will save my family and friends some money, plus you know the electronically ones will get their, usually with a confirmation that it was delivered and read, whereas, the paper ones, you never know for sure.
