So I ask: What has your God done for you today?

MMMMmmm well today I got through work, and have a job which my hubby doesn't so I have to be happy with that. I have a young friend that had a 'cardiac scare' and was taken to hospital and transported to another and today came home and found it was not cardiac related and she'll be back to work tomorrow. I had a young mom who delivered her child who has some kidney damage, but mom and baby came home today to their family. Soooo God is good!

That is awesome, Sister! I'm very glad that the scare was just that: a scare and nothing else. Times like that, it's a great opportunity to give glory to God both that it turned out to be nothing, and also the realization that we're not promised tomorrow so we should seize the day and turn to Jesus!

Also that the mom and child are home and doing well


So what has God done for me today? Oh a lot I woke up today and felt pretty refreshed. I think I had the first decent night's rest in quite a while. I was able to get to sleep before midnight--I think even before 11pm!! Then I woke up about 6:30 and lay in bed singing a worship song and praying until finally getting OUT of bed a little after 7

I went over to Trapp Chevrolet because I was told they were looking for a salesman. They're closed on Sundays so that was a plus. So I went over there and put in an application and had a somewhat short interview. He's wanting me to come in later on and have another, better interview because his sales manager was out and he was having to run all over the place this week, so his time was very limited. I think it may go through. I let him know of my limitations because of the other responsibilities at church.
So I thank God for helping me through all that, and I rest in God that whatever His will is, it happens. So I am so thankful for God, that He is truly trustworthy and faithful so that I CAN rest in Him!

God is also holding me up through this past 4 days when the devil has really been attacking me hard as can be!

Well will be praying for more direction and new job for you, Michael.

I had an awesome evening. Had a Blessings Unlimited home gathering. Made over $100 and my daughter came to help so I have her $20 and as a SAHM money always comes in handy for her. She was a great help BUT what was even more great she got to spend an evening with almost 20 Christian women...she shys from church and God due to some life circumstances so what a greater way for God to put her in line with HIS inspirations. That is what the products are...inspirational gifts...DaySpring/Hallmark company. She's even agreed to do a gathering with me in a couple weeks. WooHOo.... Thank You, Jesus!

Praise God about the blessings unlimited and the lady! I'm so glad to hear about it, I can't wait to hear about her coming to the Lord!

Well my day just started here, but God has already given to me and done for me He woke me up in prayer and just talking with Him before the Throne

Oh Amen, on just rising and shining for Him, even if it is a day you aren't feeling too sunny. Michael, I've been praying for you too. I feel so blessed to know a young man in your generation that loves the Lord so and is so mature for his age also...YOU!

Wow great thead Michael 2 thumbs up. I loved reading what God has been doing in the lives here at God180. Today God blessed me as I served with other women preparing a meal for our after church love feast. It is always wonderful serving next to Gods children. Blessings all of my God180 friends.lol

Thank you, Sister, for your prayers for me. So much has been going on especially lately that I definitely do need your prayers to just stay focused 100% on the Lord and His Glory!

And Praise God, Jt, for such a blessing to be able to serve and help out with that meal!

I wish I had come earlier and bumped up this thread especially, in light of Thanksgiving in the States that just passed! I just pray we NEVER forget how blessed we truly are and how we have so many things to be thankful for . . . and may we never take those things for granted!!

It's still early in the day today, but I've still been blessed. I'm working temporarily at my old job again at Tuesday Morning, just until about January or so. God-willing He will open the door for me to be able to work at a place with steady hours so that I can better schedule things for the ministry work for Him!

But God has truly blessed me with the job, and so I thank Him continually for that.

Well, today I didn't have to do Sunday School! I agreed to do Sunday School in March last year as a stand in, I've done it every week since! Today we started a new programme and I wasn't needed sogot to go back into Church!
Small blessing but I was feeling worn down a bit and now I don't!
