Gracious LORD,
It is the petty annoyances in life that sap my energies.
They drain me spiritually, emotionally and physically.
Help me to seek those things which are above. May I
set my mind on eternal things and put aside the grain
of sand in my shoe which troubles me so. In the name
of Jesus I pray. Amen.

I pray in agreement. Lord it's always amazing how we can let something of inconsequence really irritate us and we don't look at the 'big' picture. Help us to keep our hearts, minds and souls on You and what Your will is, despite the rocky paths that we may have to travel. With You all things are possible, but we have to be looking and asking, praying and accepting to accomplish what You have in store for us.

Amen, satan just loves it when we focus on the small things, when we should get let those things go. I love the book called "don't sweat the small stuff, everything is small), we tend to blow things out of proportion, but when we think "What Would Jesus Do", everything is small to Him.
