Rep Power: 1 ![]() | I do to JM. Everytime I stumble, God says get up and try again. I lost alot of weight last year and put every pound back on. So far I have lost 25 lbs again, not without a few slip ups, but I'm determined to reach my goal. Prayer will get us through this Beth Moore has an awesome study called "breaking free" maybe you remember hearing me talk about it? 1CH 16:11 Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always. PSA 37:24 though he stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand. GAL 5:1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. |

| Senior Member ![]() | I know it can be hard, like most people I look to food to provide comfort, stress relief, sympathy, you name it. It's all transitory, the only real comfort, relief and balm is in Jesus Christ, we know it, we just have to claim it, and I say that for myself too. I'll pray for you about this, but remember you are strong, you are beautiful and you can do anything you set your mind to. |

Rep Power: 1 ![]() | One thing I have learned to help me to keep from over-eating is to keep a journal of everything I eat. I have software that I can enter everything I eat into it, it will also keep track of calories, fat, etc. can be set up to do all kinds of reports. I paid around $50.00 for it, and it was the best 50 bucks I ever spent. |

Rep Power: 1 ![]() | It is called Life Form Health Manangement Software. Here is the website:http://www.fitnesoft.com I have checked out several others and this, by far, was the best one and the easiest to set up and add foods. they have screen shots on the website, plus you can download trial versions too. |

Rep Power: 1 ![]() | It is a very neat program. Setting up reports is so easy and the program is so much fun. It is so easy to enter your food, it doesnt take long at all. |
