Default Buying a house
We are buying a house!! I'm excited and nervous at the same time. It has been along time since we have owned a house. Yes, it used to be a church for those of you that think it looks like a church... We will be converting it to a house. It will be a fun project. We are still waitin on the VA appraisal, so it isn't a done deal yet.

Wow Jt! That is absolutely awesome!

That is wonderful and I really am so excited for you! With all the remodeling a similar work I've been doing the past few months (make it . . . past 5 months!), I started to say that I wouldn't mind helping you convert it into a house like you're wanting! That would be nice haha

We did inspections on Wed. There is definately alot of work that needs to be done, but we knew that. Pray the VA appraisal goes through. The seller does not have any money to do repairs if VA asks for them. My biggest prayer is that we are moving into the house that God wants us too. So if it falls through I will not be dissapointed.
